Ningbo Better Telecommunication Electric Machinery Co., Ltd., formerly known as Ningbo Xiangshan Jingyuan Telecommunication and Electrical Machinery Factory, is located in Shipu Portside on the seashore of East China Sea. Shipu Port is one of the four national second-class open ports.

Funded in 1989, the Co., manufactures and sells FYZ series of axial-flow fans, centrifugal fans, cross flow fan motors, export series of radiation fans and mini and special electrical machineries.
